What’s a fashion blog without documenting our own favorite outfits? How can you trust our fashion advice and opinions without gauging for yourself how we choose our outfits and the style we gravitate towards?

Giving in to our desire to play dress up, we recruited our dear friend Vadik to play fashion photographer and although we felt camera shy at first, it wasn’t long before we were sassing it up for his lens.

How would we describe our style?

Liza
There are three things I love: layers, bright colors and simple basics that never go out of style. Apart from that my clothes depend on my mood. The happier I feel, the brighter I tend to dress, but when I want to feel like a grown up I usually wear black and white. Red shoes unfailingly make me happy, as do soft clothes that feel good on bare skin.

I’ve never met a piece of cashmere I didn’t get along with and although I have a shamelessly wandering eye when it comes to shoes, I am very monogamous with purses. Currently, I am infatuated with leggings and skinny pants.

Vicky
I would describe my style as comfortable minimalist. I tend to be drawn to simple cuts that highlight material and construction – the kinds of clothes that look boring on a clothes hanger, but totally transform when you put them on. I also like to mix in the unexpected, like oxfords with a mini-dress, or a girly corset with an oversized menswear inspired blazer. I like to be comfortable without sacrificing any fun.
